Understanding the therapy

What spine care involves

Spine care support at ThermoCare is gentle, carefully paced soft-tissue therapy for back, neck and posture-related discomfort. It involves no manipulation, adjustment or high-velocity technique of any kind. Sessions run around 45 to 60 minutes in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru.

Combining therapeutic touch with careful, personalised attention, spine-care sessions aim to ease back discomfort and support better posture habits.

We take time to understand how your back feels day to day and adjust accordingly.

When it may feel relevant

These are conversation starters, not a diagnosis or an automatic treatment recommendation.

Is this right for you?

What spine care is, and what it is not

Both halves matter. If this is not the right fit, we would rather you knew before booking.

This may suit you if

  • People with long-standing, everyday back or neck stiffness from how they sit and work.
  • Anyone whose lower back tightens through the day rather than after a specific injury.
  • People who want gentle support and are wary of forceful techniques.
  • Those already under medical care who want comfort-focused therapy alongside it.

What this will not do

  • There is no spinal manipulation, adjustment or cracking here. If that is what you want, this is not the right clinic.
  • It does not diagnose or treat disc problems, spinal conditions, or nerve compression.
  • It is not appropriate for back pain following an injury, or with numbness or weakness in a limb, until a doctor has assessed you.
  • It is not physiotherapy and does not replace a prescribed rehabilitation programme.
Your visit, made clear

What happens, step by step

  1. We listen to how your back feels in daily life, what movements are difficult and any medical guidance you already have.

  2. Posture and comfortable movement may be observed gently, without forcing a position.

  3. Supportive hands-on work is tailored to the agreed areas and adjusted continually to your comfort.

  4. We finish with a calm review and practical suggestions where appropriate, without overpromising outcomes.

What to expect during the session

  • You can ask questions or pause at any point.
  • Pace, pressure and positioning are adjusted to your comfort.
  • Supportive wellness care is not a medical diagnosis.

After your visit

How will I feel after spine care?

Most people feel looser and slower for the rest of the day. Here is what is normal, and what is worth telling us about.

  • Move gently for the rest of the day; avoid heavy lifting straight afterwards.
  • Mild tenderness across the worked area for a day or so is common.
  • The small posture suggestions discussed in the session matter more between visits than the visit itself.
  • Tell us if any discomfort increased rather than eased, so the approach is changed.
Safety comes first

Know when to pause or seek medical care

Wellness therapy should never delay assessment for severe, sudden, worsening or unexplained symptoms.

  • Tell your practitioner about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medicines, skin changes, or areas you would like avoided.
  • Seek prompt medical assessment for severe, sudden, worsening, or unexplained symptoms.

Questions people ask before booking

If your question is not covered, ask us before making a booking.

Our page describes gentle, supportive care. We explain the proposed approach first and do not force movement.

Please share relevant medical guidance or reports. Wellness care should complement, never replace, appropriate medical assessment.

Tell us before and during the visit. We can change position, reduce the range or stop, and may suggest medical review when symptoms need it.

No. ThermoCare does not perform spinal manipulation, adjustment or high-velocity techniques of any kind. The work here is soft-tissue and comfort-focused only.

Tell us when you book and bring any report and movement restrictions you were given. The practitioner works within those limits and will decline the session if it would not be appropriate.

Tell us you are pregnant before booking, and check with your doctor or midwife first. Some therapies and positions are not appropriate during pregnancy, and we would rather decline a session than proceed unsure.

Charges depend on the therapy and the length of the session. Please call or WhatsApp +91 70224 87779 for current pricing, and we will tell you before you book rather than after you arrive.

An appointment is strongly preferred. ThermoCare runs one-to-one sessions rather than a waiting room, so an unannounced visit may find the practitioner already with someone.
