What reflexology involves
Reflexology at ThermoCare applies calming, targeted pressure to specific points on the feet as a whole-body way to unwind. You stay fully clothed and only remove your shoes and socks. Sessions run around 45 to 60 minutes in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bengaluru.
Reflexology applies calming, targeted pressure to points on the feet, working towards a feeling of ease across the whole body.
It is a soothing choice when stress and fatigue have built up and you simply need to reset.
When it may feel relevant
These are conversation starters, not a diagnosis or an automatic treatment recommendation.
“Reflexology is most restorative when the pace is quiet and the pressure feels reassuring, never forced.”
What reflexology is, and what it is not
Both halves matter. If this is not the right fit, we would rather you knew before booking.
This may suit you if
- People whose stress and fatigue have built up over weeks rather than days.
- Anyone who wants a non-needle, fully clothed first visit.
- People who find a full-body massage more exposure than they want.
- Those looking for a genuine pause rather than a treatment for a specific pain.
What this will not do
- It is a relaxation therapy. It does not diagnose anything, and reading the feet cannot tell you about an organ or a condition.
- It is not a treatment for anxiety, depression or any other medical condition.
- It is not appropriate over injured, swollen, infected or broken skin on the feet.
- It does not replace medical care for foot pain that has persisted for weeks.
What happens, step by step
We talk through how your feet feel, your general comfort and any areas that should be avoided.
You settle into a supported reclining position while the feet are gently cleansed and prepared.
Pressure is applied across specific areas of the feet, always adjusted to a level that feels comfortable.
The session closes gradually, giving you a quiet moment to notice how you feel before standing.
What to expect during the session
- You can ask questions or pause at any point.
- Pace, pressure and positioning are adjusted to your comfort.
- Supportive wellness care is not a medical diagnosis.

How will I feel after reflexology?
Most people feel looser and slower for the rest of the day. Here is what is normal, and what is worth telling us about.
- Expect to feel slower and calmer; some people feel sleepy quite quickly.
- Drink water and avoid scheduling anything demanding straight afterwards.
- Mild tenderness in a worked area of the foot for a day or so is normal.
- If you noticed any discomfort during the session, tell us so pressure is set lighter next time.
Know when to pause or seek medical care
Wellness therapy should never delay assessment for severe, sudden, worsening or unexplained symptoms.
- Tell your practitioner about injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, medicines, skin changes, or areas you would like avoided.
- Seek prompt medical assessment for severe, sudden, worsening, or unexplained symptoms.
Questions people ask before booking
If your question is not covered, ask us before making a booking.
No. You remain clothed throughout the session and only remove your shoes and socks.
Pressure can be very light. We check in throughout and avoid any sore, injured or sensitive areas.
Many people find it an approachable, non-needle option. We still begin with a short conversation to make sure the session feels appropriate for you.
No. Reflexology cannot diagnose anything, and anyone claiming to read your health from your feet is overstating what it does. At ThermoCare it is offered purely as a relaxation therapy.
Please speak to your doctor first and tell us when you book. Reduced sensation in the feet changes what is safe, and we will not proceed without knowing.
Tell us you are pregnant before booking, and check with your doctor or midwife first. Some therapies and positions are not appropriate during pregnancy, and we would rather decline a session than proceed unsure.
Charges depend on the therapy and the length of the session. Please call or WhatsApp +91 70224 87779 for current pricing, and we will tell you before you book rather than after you arrive.
An appointment is strongly preferred. ThermoCare runs one-to-one sessions rather than a waiting room, so an unannounced visit may find the practitioner already with someone.
